Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

MFD Office is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, billed in advance. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate on the tax invoice we issue you.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the Billing section of your account. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. You keep access to everything until then.

3. Refunds

Because each plan is billed in advance for a fixed period, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, including for partially used periods. We will, however, consider a refund in good faith in these cases:

• Duplicate or incorrect charge — refunded in full.
• A billing error on our side — refunded in full.
• The service was unavailable for an extended period and we could not deliver what you paid for — a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected time.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 working days of approval.

4. Free preview

You can preview a watermarked sample invoice for free before subscribing, so you can confirm the service works for your files before any payment is taken.

5. How to request

Email support@mfdoffice.com with your firm name, ARN and the invoice number. We aim to respond within one working day.
